The short film Dandelion Girl, written and directed by Azadeh Masihzadeh and produced by Razieh Gholami, has been selected for the KIDDO 2025 competition at the 48th Drama International Short Film Festival (DISFF) in Greece, taking place from September 8 to 14, 2025.
The film tells the story of a young girl who, despite obstacles, enters the world of football, symbolically exploring the themes of truth, honesty, and the resilience of youth.
Dandelion Girl stars Tara Soroush, Benyam Afranghe, and Abdollah Bahadori, with cinematography by Abolfazl Nabati and editing by Hamid Najafirad. AtoZinema, led by Azadeh Masihzadeh, handles international distribution.
